Walnut Chippendale Chest of Drawers (SOLD)
Description:
This diminutive chest of drawers has a nice finish with a molded top with notched corners, a two-over-three drawer arrangement with original Chippendale brass over a base molding and ogee feet.
Materials and Techniques:
Walnut, white cedar and tulip poplar.
Condition:
A minor patch on the front right facing foot.
Origin: Philadelphia, PA.
Date: c. 1770
