Maple Queen Anne Side Chair
Description:
This maple side chair is attributed to William Savery. It has a cupid’s bow crest, spooned back with solid splat, rush seat, aprons and cabriole front legs terminating in “crook’t” feet. The front stretcher is bobbin-turned.

Condition:
This chair is originally a side chair. At some point, an owner applied arms to the chair which were removed many years later. There is still subtle evidence of this application.
