Impressive colorfield painting by Leonard Nelson (1912-1993) entitled "A Joy is Forever".  Acquired directly from the Nelson estate, this was a special painting for them and for obvious reasons.  Nelson's colorfields were an abstract interpretation of a landscape using the vibrant colors of nature with fluid brush strokes.
